Absolutely ALL of our flour is Organic!  Stone milled! Not only does this make our bread the best tasting bread you have ever eaten, it has the most nutritional value.  Completing the Grain Chain of farmer, miller and baker, we get the bulk of our flour from a small local miller, that uses grain grown less than 60 miles from Auburn.
