Our starter Rosie is available for purchase.  Included in this complete kit is a packet of dehydrated starter.  Complete directions to re-hydrate her are also included.  She will bounce right back to life! Also in your jar are instructions to store and maintain your starter for years of baking in your home.  The jar is a convenient way to feed and store your starter in the fridge.
